Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

• Order Cancellation by Worldwide International Courier Pvt. Ltd due to incomplete KYC/customer details.
• Delays in delivery exceeding 96 hours from the scheduled delivery time, unless caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., Extreme Weather, Virus Outbreaks, Customs delays, etc.).
• The area is not serviceable by any carrier available with Worldwide International Courier Pvt. Ltd.
• Customer wants to cancel the order for any other reason and informs Worldwide International Courier Pvt. Ltd within 6 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers can request order cancellations by contacting our customer support team via email/phone before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation requests made before 36 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur no cancellation fee. However, cancellations made after this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We strive to deliver timely and efficient service. In the event that we need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, road closures, or other operational issues, customers will be notified promptly, and any charges incurred will be fully refunded.
